The pupils and teachers celebrated St Brigid’s day on Friday last. The school attended a prayer service in St Brigid’s Parish church. The school choirs sang beautifully we listened to the story of St. Brigid.

Ms. Keating 6th class pupils helped Ms. Hyland’s First class to make St. Brigid’s crosses.

First Class visited St. Brigid’s well and Junior Infants made their very own St. Brigid’s clock! Each child brought a piece of material from an old top and they got some help from Ms O Callaghan to sew it together. They had great fun wearing the clock while they sang.
